Great people, great parks, great schools, great shops, close to city, 100 year old houses, surrounded by water, expensive houses, compact living, but such a vibe. My mothers group is still down there and I am in the area often. I am going to do some clients down there tomorrow. Lots of old Italians living there too. But you will find it a shock to the eye if you are used to massive plots, double garages, etc. Think more Melville than Sandton. ps.
