Which bank?

Bank of Queensland are fantastic because each bank manager "owns" his bank a bit like a franchise so they carry the can. We moved to Adelaide from Brisbane and there is a branch here. Any issues are dealt with by the staff by email or phone. Their adverts say that they will give you the manager's personal mobile number - that's how committed they are.

I also have accounts with Heritage Bankd and Peoples Choice Credit Union because they have no fees and service is fine.
