(It was only fair!)We were prepared to sponsor but needed to show that we had exhausted Australian possibilities first. We advertised very extensively throughout Australia.Our short list had several Aussies and South Africans and in the end we appointed a South African.Because we had done the work of advertising and could prove it, our sponsorship for a RSMS visa (PR) was approved in four days!The one thing about the Aussies is that when you do it by the book, every door is open.
