Finance Manager - Perth NOR

I am urgently looking for a Finance Manager.

It is essential that you have the following experience:

• Audit experience
• Financial costing experience
• Multi national experience
• CA or CPA qualifications
• Payroll knowledge/experience (Advantageous)

Primary responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:

• Manage the monthly close process including journal entry preparation, account analysis, and balance sheet reviews and reconciliations
• Monthly financial reporting to Corporate (US) and local management
• Ensure compliance to all Corporate Accounting Policies
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable including debtor collections and creditor activities
• Manage compliance reporting for FBT, Income Tax, BAS, Payroll Tax, etc.
• Manage the internal & external audit processes
• Lead the annual budget cycle
• Support the quarterly forecast process
• Provide backup support for the Payroll function

To be considered for this position, you will have:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications
• CA or CPA qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years financial experience, preferably in a multinational, manufacturing organization
• Minimum of 3 years management experience
• Experience with SAP & Hyperion would be highly considered
• Attention to detail
• Organizational skills to meet deadlines
• The ability to work well under pressure
• The ability to prioritise responsibilities
