Marlene
We are going over for a visit and last interview this coming week-end and I'm busy making a list of things we need to check-out or question them about. Anything anybody could think of as vital to ask?
Constant
In case you have children and you don't get a PR visa - I would suggest you ask that they cover any schooling costs until you get schooling for free - otherwise you may be in for a nasty surprise.Good luck! matman
-- Are they paying your relocation costs - if so ask if they provide a relocation agent - this is really useful.-- Ask if they provide temp accomodation when you first come over - 2weeks - while you look for a place to rent/buy/settle in-- Ask if they will sponsor for PR - some will - in our case they said after 2yrs they would sponsor us - its a saving on teh fee but more importantly if they do it - it is quicker and easier-- Ask if they include medical insurance in the package-- You will be in 457 - ask about LAFHA - living away from home allowance-- Do they include continuance, life insurance in your package-- do they supply a mobile and cover work related mobile costsrgdsmatman
