Master Data Administrator - Perth NOR (6 month contract)

Hi,

We are looking for a Master Data Administrator.

Reporting to the Procurement and Operations Co-Ordinator this position is responsible for the accuracy and management of all master data related to products manufactured and supplied by Orion.

Your primary responsibilities will include but not limited to:

DATA COLLECTION

Develop spreadsheets to collate the key product information for existing products, and for input of relevant data for new products, and for changes to existing products where applicable

Assist in the development of business processes to ensure that the required data is gathered at the appropriate time for new product introduction. Develop and maintain SOP

Obtain and collate information from sources as required including manufacturers and physical stock in warehouses

Undertake random checks on data to ensure correctness

DATA ENTRY AND MANAGEMENT

Enter product data into relevant SAP material master fields for all existing OTC and hospital products

Ensure product data is maintained – any changes to be captured and updated in SAP

Prepare and review SOPs relevant to position.

The ideal candidate will have

Computer software skills in Microsoft Office are necessary

Knowledge of data entry into ERP systems

SAP is essential

Must have the analytical ability to understand multiple filing systems (electronic and physical) and adequately multi-task assigned work
