While I am not from South Africa, I do have some very dear friends who introduced my husband and I to the joy of biltong. My South African friends have made the journey to Perth, Western Australia, and I know some of the issues they have had in moving. Please feel free to contact me if you want to know of some great South African restaurants near Perth or where you can pick up some groceries etc that are unique to your home.I also have 9 years experience in working within the Banking and Finance industry. I bought my husband a food dehydrator for our last anniversary and he has been busy making different styles of biltong! I also love the Durban curry recipes.
