It took just over 3 weeks (instead of the 5 they said it would) to open my 1kg of paperwork.DHL must LOVE this kind of work!!!Was told it would be a long wait until a case officer was assigned - but today it's not important.I am feeling a little better about life, but I can't say the same about my credit card though!
