Wife + 2 small children. Currently living in Ireland for the last 4 years and hope to head on to sunny OZ soon. Came from East London in the E.Cape.Applied for a 136 in June 2006. CO assigned 2 Jan 2007 and medicals sent on request 2 weeks ago. My skill went MODL in Sept 2006 (Java Developer) - so that was great news as I needed extra points which would have come from a Capital Investment. The CO has given me the MODL points (after getting reassesed by the ACS). We received our acknowledgement of our 136 Visa in September 06. If I look at your time frame we should be allocated a CO during March - YEAH. We are looking at applying for a 136 but my hubby might need 2 more subjects to be able to apply as an accountant.
