It is a system the moderators use to warn members for serious breaches of the forum rules - when your bar is full, you're out. Luckilly in the 6 years since this forum started I can count on my one hand the number of times we had to use it. If we ever have to use it, the member will know about it as we always try to resolve the issue without having to go to those length. Don't worry, you won't just wake up one morning with a warning! It's used as a last resort and with involvement of the member and the host team.PS: The host team can see all the members' warning levels, but the members can only see their own.
