I have tried various employment agencies in Oz, but all seem to want the visa first before any interest, interviews etc. I thought of offering a Chef's service to South Africans currently living in Sydney, should there be any interest, until I find a permanent job offer. Don't really know what to expect on the other side. I am currently working at a Country Club in Pretoria, doing functions etc. Maybe there are other foodies like myself interested in cooking up a storm, African style, like only we can, in Oz.
