Looking For Administrative Job In Superannuation Field

Hi,

For the past 6 months I have been looking for jobs in the superannuation field. I have 20 years experience in the pension/provident field in South Africa, and the past couple of years in a managerial position in the same field. Well needless to say, I have not been successfull thus far. Main reason, great CV but we do not sponsor! Does anyone know of South Africans with broking firms that would consider sponsorship or even someone in the superannuation field that can assist? Unfortunately we do not qualify for PR and is the sponsorship route the only option.
