Anzel
Hi all,Busy with the big 136... How did you guys give evidence of the following:"knowledge of each other, intention that your relationship will be long term, through things such as the terms of your wills, and correspondence and phone accounts to show that contact was maintained during periods of separation."1) we don't have a will 2) we have never been seperated in the 5+ years that we've been married 3) we've got two children and planning to start life in a new country... what do they expect?! Did anyone include photos as part of any evidence? Like childrens birthdays or social gatherings?Regards,UsPS: good news, we've received all the unabridged certificates from Home Affairs... met 'n bietjie stampe en stote natuurlik! Sam
2) we have never been seperated in the 5+ years that we've been married Anzel, you have been married for 5+ yrs. The evidence required that you are refering to is for people who live together de facto.Cheers Sam
christelle
Hi AnzelThey usually only require evidence in your not married and just living together .if you have a marriage certificate you just hand that in and they accept itgood luckchristelle
Fiona
The fact that you have children together and have been married for 5 years will make it easier for you, but I suggest you still include other forms of evidence, eg. photos, financial evidence (eg. bills addressed to the both of you). See http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/general-ski...ging-family.htm for further details on this requirement.Regards,Fiona CarreRegistered Migration AgentGold Coast, Australia
