RESEARCH OFFICER

12 month fixed term opportunity, with the possibility of extension

The role of the Research Officer is to provide research and market intelligence to LandCorp. This will involve identifying, communicating and tracking emergent lifestyle, demographic, economic, sustainability, industry and property trends.

Reporting to the Research Manager, the key attributes of the successful applicant will be knowledge of and experience in market research for both quantitative and qualitative studies including; questionnaire design, design of research methodologies and data collection techniques.

Well developed research skills, conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills, demonstrated interpersonal skills and skills in relationship-building and advocacy among internal and external audiences are essential.

A good understanding of ABS data and products and experience in accessing and interpreting this information is desirable.

This is a 12 month fixed term position to cover parental leave, with the possibility of extension, and represents a fabulous opportunity to participate in shaping the future of WA.

Salary range: $67,000 - $70,000 pa + super.
