My children will commute to Murdoch University. Would welcome suggestions for suitable suburbs to reach both Henderson and the university, the agents suggested Coogee, Munster, Spearwood, Hamilton Hill but we have never been to Oz thus no idea whether they are good and safe suburbs. Leonie Posted January 2, 2011 Report Share Posted January 2, 2011 I would also look at Kardinya - my daughter walks to Uni (less than 2km from Murdoch), close to shopping centres, and has suited my children well.For rental prices look on www.realestate.com.au - you will get an idea of prices for the different areas quite quickly.
