Is any one looking for a customer service role. Pays just under $50K.

• Processing of orders received by phone, fax, mail or email including order entry.

• Processing of backorders when stock is released by QA.

• Maintenance of logs, registers and filing to enable efficient trace-ability of orders.

• Preparation of export documentation per relevant company SOPs.

• Follow up of S100 /Schedule 8 deliveries within 72 hours per relevant SOPs

• Answering of customer enquiries received by phone, fax, mail or email, providing support materials as necessary

• Generation of sales reports as requested

• Management of customer complaints as per the relevant company SOP

• Ensures relevant standards are complied with and that changes to the Orion Quality Management System within the scope of the department are in line with internal and external requirements
