Renier Botha 1 Posted November 18, 2010 Report Share Posted November 18, 2010 HiWe will be landing in Perth 11 January 2011!! !I will need a furnished place for a family of four.My employer is willing to pay $450-$550 a week for about two months.My company is based Welshpool...dont know if there is any nice suburbs around...if anybody can please help with info about good suburbs , dont mind driving as long as it not 50-60 km's. candivw Posted November 18, 2010 Report Share Posted November 18, 2010 Furnished rentals are not easy find, we were booked into the Great Eastern Motor Lodge for 6 weeks which is in Belmont and while I would not rent in Belmont long term it is fine for short term accomodation. We are both going to be working in the CBD, so we need something close to Perth or close to public transport. it doesnt need to be furnished. We dont have kids or pets and are non smokers and cleanliness is very important to us, so we will take very good care of the property we rent.
