New for the 2nd time - Business ENS

I started the process back in 2007, but since then Eskom switched the lights back on and things seemed to be improving. However I still feel Oz offers more in the long run, particularly for the kids with equal opportunity for ours with pale skins.

Brisbane is the target, following a vsit 3 years ago and we will be applying through the ENS process for PR. This is a 121 visa, and there is very little on this forum that I can find. I will start looking for a suitable business to invest in shortly.

It's going to be quite a challenge finding a business near a school that offers cricket near a suburb with affordable house. I smell an initial period of rental as the preferred pathway to happiness!

Looking forward to comments from anyone who has emigrated on a similar visa.

I am a bit confused. A ENS 121 visa is an employer nominated sponsorship, so you need to a have a company sponsor you employment for a period of 3 years to get the visa. Have you already secured a job? This has nothing to do with investing.

or are you going to apply for a Business Developement visa of which there are 2 different visas, for offshore applications 132 and 890
