The lease will be managed by an agent.- Lovely quiet neighbourhood- In catchment for Fig Tree Pocket State School (Primary school: excellent school, recently rated in the top 20 in Queensland), close to the Montessori private school, and the Glenleighden school for language disorders- Close to the M5 motorway to the city, near a bus route, and less than 15kms drive to CBD- Country feeling suburb: drive past pony club each day, Brisbane river and park around the corner, Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary close by (rated as one of the top 10 zoos in the world)- Shopping in Kenmore and Indooroopilly minutes away- Single level, 4 bedrooms, or 3 bedrooms and a small play room / rumpus / study, open plan kitchen / dining, L-shaped lounge area, separate small laundry room, 2 bathrooms (1 with bath and shower, ensuite with shower), small toolshed- Fenced off saltwater pool, maintenance included in rental, with an outside covered area and fenced garden- Airconditioning- Carport with space for two cars- I think pets are okay, but would have to check with agent - they did say okay to a cat we were thinking of gettingThe house is more expensive ($520 per week) than other rentals in nearby suburbs, but the area more than makes up for it - really going to miss staying here! Lots of South Africans in the area, and at the school.Lease is supposed to run until beginning June 2011. If I don't post this is taken, then it's still available.
