Hi all

I am unsure about a venue.

If there are folks from PMB coming them perhaps a place midway between PMB & DBN - to be convenient for all. Or the Durban Botanic Gardens.

Eva, where did you guys meet?

Please somebody suggest a venue. I will then makes the reservations.

Thanks

Flockie

We met a couple of times at Burgess Nursery, but if people are coming from PMB maybe the Hillcrest area may be a better bet... enjoy!

Hi all

Child friendly most definitely! I have two very active kids.

Ok. If we look at the Hillcrest area , are there any nice places we could go to there? Does any one know? I do not know that area well.

I do know the Burgess nursery and that's great.

How many now: Lets get a head count going.

Hi

I am a potential - just a bit unsure what we are up to the next few weekends but I will continue to follow this thread and let you know once the details are decided.

I have chickened out before but it would be great to see you all.

We are from the PMB side

Hi All

Duck n deck is a great place with lots for the kids to do unattended.

I have never been to Piggly Wiggly. i checked out their website, looks great except it is past PMB, these are the directions that I got off the Web.

N3 Travelling from Durban toward JHB

-Pass Pietermaritzburg

-Howick/Tweedie off ramp

-Left towards Tweedie

-At T junction turn right

-Continue for approximately 10kms

-Piggly Wiggly on your left.

Bri , Is this the one you are speaking of?

Perhaps it might be convenient for all to meet half- way between DBN & PMB .

Still open to suggestions.

Hi Flockie

I think it is the other one which is half way between DBN & PMB

There are two maps one the Tweedie and the other - the one that was mentioned is in Kloof

Hi Flockie

Sorry I can't confirm one way or the other just yet (but can't any other weekend either).

But otherwise the time and place are fine for us - if we come we would be one or two adults.

Can I let you know nearer the time please.

Thanks for this

Hi Short & Tall & everybody else.

Not a problem, you let me know when you know. I would love to meet you and will count you in anyway. :-). In any event, i will reserve at least two more seats than we actually need.

I have told Susan (from Piggly Wiggly) that I will confirm numbers closer to the date.

Lets Count :

Flockie - Two adults plus two kids

Cramer & ...

Orion25 & ...

Short & Tall - 1 or 2

It will be a great start to the Holiday month.
