Flanker Posted October 21, 2010 Report Share Posted October 21, 2010 Hi guys and girls,It's been while since we've posted anything......We've been here for just over six weeks now and we're loving Adelaide.I have managed to secure employment and Vici's doing some freelance work for two agencies which should lead to a permanent position soon.Our Govt rental was great and we also used a small vehicle from Acacia Rentals, which was a great help for the first couple of weeks.We find aussies to be very accommodating, mostly down to earth and helpful. I also appreciate the "straight talking" and "what you see is what you get" approach...maybe we've just been surrounded by good people thus far..LOLThe speed limits....mmmm. now there's something to get used to We'd love to meet more people for a bbq and a cold beer or two (when is the next get together?)So much to do and see!Cherio,Neville Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
