Hi Canberrans.

Hubby is working at a local grocery store. He chatted to the butcher who said he would be happy to do a trial run on some genuine SA boerie.

What do you think?

PS we have just tried our first batch of Biltong. DELICIOUS!!!!!! (Made by us!)

There's also a butcher in Gungahlin, one of the shopping malls located just off Hibberson St if I remember correctly. They make Boerewors and it's quite good - you can also choose if you want it cut into short pieces or prefer the longer uncut "wors".

We tried the woolies and the butcher in Gungahlin.Wasn't quiet as I wanted.

The butcher is at IGA Hawker.(North Side)

I'll update when it is available.
