I am currently working for a broking firm in Randburg as the IT manager / Forex Dealer.

I'm looking to get a sponsorship for myself, wife and child. I am responsible for multiple tasks

from the accounting side of things to WAN's. I have 8 years of MS knowledge and well as financial market

knowledge (Commodities and Forex) I have various certificates and and an IT Engineering diploma behind my

name.

I am willing to further my studies and would be an asset to any company. Please consider me.

Hi, I did a search for you on Australian yellow pages, there only seems to be three firms in Brisbane, I suggest you make contact with them, here is the link.

If you look at Sydney, there are 21 listed :

If you look at Melbourne, there are 7 listed :

http://www.yellowpages.com.au/search/listi...p;x=38&y=17

That should tell you that perhaps you should be looking in Sydney, rather than Brisbane.

Sorry are you only interested in Brisbane, or would you consider Adelaide too.

I am friends with a specialist IT recruiter and they have a current shortage of candidates. They also provide 457 VISAS with employment.

She is just on leave this week but next week she will be back.

By what I gather from the forum, Adelaide and Brisbane is seen in a similar light,(ie that they both fall short of Sydney and Melbourne) I dont know.

The climates are worlds apart though Brisbane = Durban and Adelaide = Cape Town

I only now saw that your in financial services IT, they are actually looking for IT people in finacnce and banking, so you are probably spot on.

Thanks for all the great suggestions i will definitely investigate all the possibilities. My idea of Brisban is we know alot of people there and we hoping to depend on them as a support structure.
