QueenBianca Posted January 20, 2007 Report Share Posted January 20, 2007 if we do not use a migration agent what do we have to do? where can we apply? is it recommended that we apply direct via australia? would that way be quicker? i tried contacting the sa embassy and they said we can only go to australia if we are sponsored but what about the other visa options??thanks again for all the help! Members can't post details on the whole process in detail on these boards, BUT can direct you to websites...., first start off by reading through that website, all the application forms are there, etc. I believe your immigration agent probably assessed you and came to the conclusion that you will not qualify for independent skilled visas, due to lack of points and therefore need a sponsor first to either go on 457 or 136 visa.now dig into that website....
