It is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with a lock up garage with electric motor. The property is divided and you have use of a good size garden, close to a park, 30 metres to the busstop which takes 20 minutes into the city (9km), or about 15 minutes by car. The house is walking distance to a shopping centre, kindy and schools. The rent is $315 per week.It is a safe and central location which provides easy access to the city or to the South. The owner is really easy to deal with and responds to any concerns immediately. We are moving closer to work commitments and were lucky to get a rental which other South Africans occupied and who needed to move interstate. Please PM me for more details. Thanks!
