What sort of term were you after?I have a one bedroom place in Penrith that is $420 per week for 3 month plus stays which includes your electricity (up to $30 per week).I also have a two bedroom place in Evan Street Penrith that would be $450 per week for a 3 month term.I will also have a 2 bedroom townhouse in Kingswood that would be $490 per week based on a 3 month stay (photos available late June). It is a lovely two storey unit with a small private back yard.I have attached an application form should you wish to apply.
