OK I am going to try help u out here . . .

* Click on "My controls" (1st tab, top right hand corner)

* Then scroll down to the "Options" bar on the left hand side of the screen.

* Click on "change email address" and follow the steps.

* You will get an email to re-activate your account.

Hope this works, pls let me know if you come right.

I need to change my e mail address as I am no longer in South Africa and I have a new e mail address, the problem is that I cant remember my password and if I ask for my password to be sent they will send it to my old e mail address, how do I get this sorted out

Send me your new email address, and I will change it for you. I can also issue you a new password at that time.
