Die Carelsen's: Also made the BIG decision

Hi everyone,

Recently joined. We are the Carelsen's from Blairgowrie JHB, already been through the prelimanary with our agent, will be mailing him the orignal documentation for hand in within the next few days. Also made the BIG decision mainly for our son's (almost two) future.

We're looking at settling in PERTH and surrounds. We'd love to hear from people in those areas. What's the best areas and which ones to avoid and so forth.

We are not in Perth, but a bit norht of Brisbane. Just love it here

I live in Adelaide, but am just curious to know what decisions made you settle on Perth?

Hi Bob,

We'll a friend of a friends brother is up in Joondalup and he mailed us pictures which were just stunning. He also said that things are picking up over in Perth and that resources are booming that side because of contracts signed with China for the next 15 years to supply all their raw materials. We have our own business this side and are looking at starting out a new one, were applying for our business skills visa 163. Prospects at starting up a business there are looking good. He also said that the whether are quite nice and they are also from Joburg SA and found this area the nicest of all.
