New church in Castle Hill

The Christian Reformed Church of Sydney (based in Ryde) has opened a new preaching post (church service) in Castle Hill 3 weeks ago. If you were in one of the 3 sister churches in South Africa (i.e. NG, Gereformeerd, Hervormd) then the basis on which services are done at this church will seem very familiar to you. The reason why a new church was started in Castle Hill was because of the fact that a large number of the congregation were made up out of families living in the Hills area. The congregation also largely consists of Afrikaans speaking South Africans and therefore we also have an Afrikaans church service every first Sunday evening of the month. I would like to take this opportunity to invite everyone in the area to this new preaching post. We will be having services in Castle Hill for the next 6 months as a trial period but if interest is high, the Church in the Hills may become a permanent feature. There is kidschurch during the service and we'll want to start off the catechism classes as soon as possible, maybe even this Sunday, depending on the numbers. Please tell everyone you know who might be interested. We'd love to welcome you. The church service is held at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, 84 Cecil Avenue, Castle Hill and commence at 8:30am. Tea and coffee will be served after the service.
