All these positions are with a Business Service Management Solutions company:

BRANCH MANAGER: OTE $150k. This is primarily a combined business development and account management role. Full P & L responsibility for a small team based in Brisbane CBD, Manage existing blue chip client base and strong emphasis on new business development. Should have a solutions sales background across whole of enterprise, preferably from IT Service Management background (such as HP, CA, Pereguin or Remedy). High level business skills and IT technical skills a requirement. Full pre-sales technical and professional services support provided to the position.

ACCOUNT MANAGER: OTE $130K. Ideally suited to a sales professional with 2 years experience selling IT solutions (hardware and/or software) into the Queensland market. May also suit a technical support professional with selling capabilities and a background in Service Desk Management support/helpdesk/network support. Excellent career prospects.

2 x TECHNICAL CONSULTANTS: Sydney/Brisbane based. $ negotiable. Service Desk technical professionals with at least 2 years experience in client support using Remedy. Must have strong process background and excellent communication skills. Previous implementation experience in Remedy will be an advantage. Suitable candidates located offshore are encouraged to apply as the client is willing to sponsor for Australian work visas.

2 X SUPPORT TECHNICIANS: Sydney based. Suit Desktop/Network Support experience. $ 50k. Join the frontline of the IT service management business. Must have strong Microsoft support background. Experience in Service Management tools a bonus. This is a client facing role (both phone and face-to-face). Need to have excellent communication and presentation skills.
