hanneskn
Hi everyone,I have a question regarding the time you lodge your PR 136:I qualify for 120 points if I lodge my application before my 35th birthday (1 April). Can I lodge my application before the 1st of April without all the documents. I'm just concearned that I might not have an answer yet from TRA regarding my skills assesment. Will Adelaide accept my application without it, seeing that they only assign a case officer aprox. 3 months after recieving the application?TX<Hannes. Dedrei
TRA is taking very quick these days with assessment. Shouldn't take more than a month. You need to lodge the application with a postive skills assessment. And they take your age at time of application. So if you submit before April with positive assessment you should be allright.
Pippa
Dear Hannes,Have a look at Sending stuff in later, for PR application. Etienne Hugo made it clear that one cannot submit an application without a positive skill assessment. Good Luck!Bye, Pippa! X
