Enrica
I arrived back from SA yesterday, and I noted a rather strange happening. The 2 persons I was sitting next too, were both visiting family in Perth ,neither of these people had the addresses of their relatives/family in Perth , and a local address is required on your passenger card. The reason given was , "I never write , I email or Skype "..........how sad one day the post office will no longer be required !!!!I called their family and obtainned the address for the one, as they had a mobile number. The other lady was delayed at passport control becuase she did not have a local address because we could not reach her sisiter. If you have family and friend visiting you, and in this day and age of electronic mail, please remind them to make a note of your address and telephone number in Australia to avoid delays at passport control.RegardsEnrica
