electrical lisence

Hi, is there any electrician on this site? Our problem is that we now have to apply for the lisence (NSW) and really don't know what to do. To work as an electrician does my hubby just need a trade certificate from the TRA or must he do the 9968 course for a year from Tafe to get his NSW lisence? I know it's a lot of info, but we are really deurmekaar! Thanx. Rika

Hi Rika,

The NSW Office of Fair Trading is the place to go to check requirements for licenses etc. Have a look at http://blis.fairtrading.nsw.gov.au/search_...ry&mode=results. Just search through until you locate relevant licenses. A search for tradesperson might also be useful.
