Mara
God wants us to follow him because he knows what's best for us.He doesn't give his commands to make our lives tough but because he loves us.He knows what can hurt us.When we get off track, God disciplines us.Like a loving father, he uses discipline to help us get right with him again.Don't get discouraged when God disciplines you. It's a sure sign that he loves you and wants what's best for you.For the Lord disciplines those he loves, and he punishes those he accepts as his children. As you endure this divine discipline, remember that God is treating you as hos own children : Hebrews 12:6-
LIGGIE
. . . and every thing happens for a reason and is for the best - although it doesn't seem so at the moment. But God sees the bigger picture and knows what is best for us at the end! Tust Him . . .(thank you, Mara)Gelukkig is die mens wat in beproewing volhard! As die toets sy geloof as eg bewys, sal hy die lewe as oorwinningskroon ontvang.Jak 1:12Sorry, don't have an English Bible to translate. This was my thought for the day.
