Hi guys,

Well another leap of faith on my part, sold my house and now I am selling up the contents before I even have a visa in my hand... Madness?!! :ilikeit:

Anyway below is a list of the progress made so far, if any of you have family remaining behind or have friends you think might be interested in some of these unsold items please let me know, obviously cape based people would be best.

Don't know why but when I submit this post the formating changes!!!! the values on the far right are the approximate original purchase prices, .

Thanks

Hey T,

I have just sent a message with your list attached to all my Cape Town contacts and friends. Hopefully you will get some takers.

Good luck!!!

This is SOOO exciting, isn't it? Soon you'll be here, and it will be like a brand new, blank canvass, ready & waiting to be filled... A whole new beginning Terence. How absolutely fabulous...

Cheers

Thanks Andi,

So true a blank canvass it is going to be, so I can create my own new look as I see fit.

Hi Terence, imho I would bring stuff with if you have space. To replace stuff in Oz is expensive and if you have quality products like you do. Sound system etc. Good luck with selling and the move.

Hi Jo,

I thought long and hard about this and came to the conclusion that in my case it would be far easier to leave it all behind, in all likely hood I will be sharing a house or flat for the first year or so until I find my feet again and did not want the added financial burden of storage.

You seem like a guy with an open mind, it is good to compare and decide, true here u can negotiate. Storage costs will add u. where about are you planning to settle ? Well whatever you decide, good luck.

By the way I still found Junk mail to be the most efficient option.

Hi Terence, would you like me to remove the lines where you have sold next to them?

Thank's for the offer Mara, but as it was the first article I can still edit it, I have done as you suggested and cleaned it up a bit.

cheers
