This is what they will set you back...Medical Exam - R350 per person aged above 11, R320 per person aged below 11X-Rays Exam - R255 per person (only needs to be done by those older than 11)Blood Tests - R112 per person (only needs to be done by those older than 15)Courier Fees - R370So... You have to pay R5,000 yourselves (on this particular plan) and then they start paying again.
