We will leave for Perth as soon as our house is sold.....We live in an excellent estate called Clearwater Flyfishing Estate, very close to both Eng & Afr Primary & High Schools. We are exactly 9km from Menlyn. Our house is well priced for a quick sale. Willem Pretorius Posted February 2, 2009 Author Report Share Posted February 2, 2009 Thanks to all for the replies.Must just mention, understandable that my post does not guarantee a sale.All depends on price, location, buyers taste etc. - the usual stuff.But it is worth the try for both the buyer and guys on the forum trying to sell their houses.I will forward all the e-mails provided to the prospective buyer, whom has a pre-approved bond ready for the right deal.Million rand plus houses are unfortunatley not in contention due to the uncertain financial climate and future interest rates in SA, restricting the buyer not to over commit. I know that most houses are well over R1 000 000.00 and that makes it difficult but still worth the effort to try.Should have mention it earlier but was busy sms'ing now and got more details, i didn't expect the quick responses.But its up to the Owner and propective Buyer to decide.HouseinOz - unfortunately looking for a house build already.Thank you all for taking the time to respond, i appreciate it.Kind regardsWillie Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
