Sparrow Posted October 29, 2006 Report Share Posted October 29, 2006 Hey guys, herewith some info if you are looking to study further in Oz or maybe thinking of joining the Armed services where you would need to furnish an Oz equivalent of your Higher education certificate. The Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority issues a Statement of Equivalent Qualification to people who have educational qualifications from overseas that are judged by the Authority to be equivalent to Year 11 or Year 12 level.
