Hubby got me an awesome tripod the other day (thanks to Catz pointing out a sale thank you) so next years should be better I hope These pics were taken around 9 pm... Note how much daylight there still was. The fireworks started a little after 9. We just made it.Trams all stopped at Federation SquareAll the buildings looked beautiful with all the lights on. The church's bells were tolling most of the night, was awesome.Flinders street station Swanston street (blurry, but you get to see all the people) and the bridge across the river. I started it when i inherited boxes of photos from my parents after they passed away. I realised that they would be meaningless to my kids if i didnt organise them.
