W+R Posted October 27, 2006 Report Share Posted October 27, 2006 Probably for people that spent some time in UK before moving to AUS:Is "the subject access" issued by the UK good enough for "police clearcance" / character equirement required by AUS for skilled migration?It seems the UK doesn't issued police clearance certificates but you can obtain a subject access. We were in UK for two years so we need this for our 136 visa.
