The South Australian Government is currently recruiting for a long term project involving transport and infrastructure. They are seeking to engage the services of various qualified and experienced Managers in a variety of roles.

Overseas Candidates are being sourced and encouraged to apply. Our client is willing to sponsor suitable candidates under a 457 visa, with the possible opportunity to obtain permanent residency.

This long term project involves the upgrade, extension, and revitalization of the South Australian rail and tram networks. The positions required for this project include:

Skill requirements for the above listed vacancies are as follows:

Contract Manager

Qualified professional engineer or relevant tertiary qualification

Proven knowledge within the transport infrastructure sector

Significant experience in contract management of civil engineering projects, including road or rail

Experience in tender / contract documentation management

Experience in the management and control of personnel, finances and budgets

Ability to research and analyse complex technical issues and provide sound professional advice accordingly

Ability to formulate strategy and create solutions to critical issues on the project

Project Manager

Qualified professional engineer or relevant tertiary qualification desirable

Proven project management knowledge within the transport infrastructure sector

Significant experience in project management of civil engineering projects, including road or rail

Experience in the management and control of personnel, finances and budgets

Ability to formulate strategy and create solutions to critical issues on the project

Proven ability to plan, direct, supervise, and control the overall operation and administration of the assigned project
