I have tracked the medicals but have no idea how to see exactly what is going on with the actual visa. We have been issued with a file number and a case officer and asked for medicals but I don't want to bug DIMIA, I would rather try and track the progress on my own. Is this possible? I don't have a TRN number though, we were issued with a RID number and so it doesn't work when trying to track it. Anyone else been issued with a RID number? If we haven't heard from DIMIA by next week I think I'll contact them direct anyway. We seem to have endless hiccups with our visa.
