Unfortunately I don't know a SA psychologist, but all I can say is that you are on the right track to talk about it. Also, I think there are at least a few (if not a lot!) South Africans who feel exactly the same as you. I know I for sure am having a real difficult time here at the moment. Please don't feel like you can't talk to any of us on the forum - I'm more than happy to listen to you and give support as much as I can. Most times we just need someone to listen, understand and not just say it will all be alright mate! Debra Meese, x colleague, immigrated about 5 years ago. To find information on registered psychologists, go to the "board of psychology of Victoria, click on public access, just tipe in the name and you will find the contact details.
