Online.It took me the whole of 2007 to gather info for the visa application.I am a Maintenance technologist and aim to live in Melbourne.(Have a sister living in Endeavour hills so it will be a nice support base.)I could not get permission from x wife so we decided for my wife to adopt kids. Good luck with your visa - enjoy the waiting (it is a killer) but take the opportunity to learn as much as you can HERE about what you need to arrange, cancel etc - when the time comes, well, you won't have enough time as crazy as the waiting has been for us, its evenmore hectic now getting it into action!
