Which is best : Perisher Blue (been there - nice but maybe Thredbo is better?) or Thredbo? Or should we skip that and go for the Vic snowies? There used to be flights to the snow fields, but I see not anymore..... Which is the best way to get there without spending hours on the road? Any accommodation suggestions? We'd prefer to stay on the snow fields as apposed to driving back to our accommodation after a day of skiing. (Took us 7 hours to drive less than 100km the last time as the snow was coming down like you won't believe it!!)
