So I just had to share it.......Thats if you like Peppermint and Chocolate...PEPPERMINT SLICEBase 1 packet Marie biscuits 1/2 tin condensed milk 1/2 cup coconut 125g butter Crush the biscuits and add coconut. Melt butter and condensed mik. Mix all together and press into the base of a slice tin. Refrigerate to set. Filling 3 tablespoons butter 1 cup icing sugar few drops of peppermint essence green colouring Melt butter and mix with all other ingredients. Put onto the top of the slice and spread out. Top When the filling has set, simply ice with chocolate icing. This is very easy to make, but is very sweet and is best in small pieces.
