You are very lucky if they are offering this visa as they are very few employers sponsoring on this visa. You get PR right away, so it's all good.Only bummer is you have to work for employer for 2 years I think. We are here on a 457 (also a sponsored visa) but that has much more disadvantages than having to work for the same employer for 2 years.....
