It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, DG, pool - It is on a canal with access to main skiing part of the river, however, at this stage it does not have a pontoon. It is a neat home, but is old - so needs modernising. Rent $650 per week - about 1km from Emmanuel College (great co-ed christian school) and near the golf course. Central.
