Op hierdie stadium het ons met niks begin nie, al wat ons het is 'n paspoort. Die kinders het nog nie paspoorte nie. Sal nog moet uitvind hoe en waar, aangesien 2 van my kinders van 'n vorige huwelik is. Dankie vir die inligting op die forums, ek is al klaar verslaaf. The rest is just paper work! We've also jumped on the paper tray and now the waiting game is wreaking havoc with our nerves - I'm constantly aware of all the nothing I haven't done about sorting the house yet, being busy with two little ones myself. But the forum keeps me sane ! Tweedens wat die kinders betref, ek was in dieselfde sitsuasie. Was voorheen getroud en het 2 kinders uit die huwelik. Jou man sal of die kinders wettig moet aanneem en dan kan julle aansoek doen vir die paspoorte of jou gewese man moet n " Consent to juvenile entry for migration purposes" onderteken wat jou toestemming gee om die kinders oor te neem na n ander land toe. I also have two children from previous marriage,and had to go the route of trying to get permission from their father, and ended up going to court. If you have to do that, please let me know if I can help with any advice. Always nice to know there is someone who has "been there done that", who can help you along.
