To change your profile there's a number of compulsory sections and some sections which need to be a certain way:
Your name & SA location is compulsory
Then the landed date is where most go wrong, they either type the date wrong or they write "not landed". This field can only be in the form Jun 2006, Sep 2007 or Mar 2008. If you have not landed yet, then it needs to be blank.
That usually sorts out the problem why you're getting error messages. (If after this, you still need help, contact a host. )
